These terms govern use of the maclnote website and the maclnote service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Enterprise customers with a signed agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation administrators may manage, suspend or remove users in their workspaces. You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
You retain all rights to the notebooks, data, models, runs and other content you store or process in the Service. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you: to store, process, transmit and display your content as you direct. We do not use your content to train models and we do not access it except to provide the Service, to respond to your support requests, or as required by law. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you upload and for complying with laws that apply to it.
You may not use the Service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, to attempt to access other customers' data or the Service's infrastructure, or to mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to machine learning on provided compute. We may suspend accounts that pose a risk to the Service or other customers, and will tell you why unless prohibited from doing so.
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, plus metered compute at published rates. Compute charges accrue while runtimes are attached and while endpoints are running. You can set caps per project. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an Enterprise agreement. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for existing plans.
Trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one. The Free plan is provided as is, with the limits published on the pricing page, and we may change those limits with notice.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on Free or Team plans. Enterprise agreements include a service level agreement with defined uptime commitments and credits. Support levels per plan are described on the pricing page.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately where the breach threatens the Service or others. On closure you can export your content, including registered models, in standard formats, and deployed endpoints continue through the end of the paid period. We delete content according to our privacy policy.
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by maclnote and its licensors. Product and library names mentioned on the website, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Snowflake and others, are trademarks of their respective owners and their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that models trained or deployed with it will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose or compliant with laws that apply to your use of them; those are your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be notified to account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
